Guatemala and Colombia decaffeinated using the CO₂ method. The same foundation as the
flagship Captain's Roast, with the caffeine removed using pressurised carbon dioxide rather than
chemical solvents. Flavour compounds remain largely intact: rich chocolate, caramel, smooth finish.
The Great Taste judges agreed in 2024. Best for evening coffee, milk drinks, espresso at any hour.
